We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at R & T RECRUITMENT MANAGEMENT. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships, marketing initiatives, and program management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools, overseas education agencies, and other key stakeholders to drive business development.
  • Manage and develop integrated marketing campaigns to drive results and increase brand recognition.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of academic programs, including logistics, timetabling, and financial administration.
  • Provide academic and administrative advisory support services to students, including orientations, enrolment processes, and student engagement sessions.
  • Work with the sales team to create online multimedia market sales campaigns for new client development and increased client retention.
  • Review and analyze marketing plans, response rates, and KPIs to make adjustments and improve the process.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience in business development, marketing, and program management.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of online conference and events marketing, as well as live video streaming and website analytical tools.
