We are looking for a talented professional who can drive business growth by managing key client relationships. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales performance metrics, fluent in multiple languages, and skilled in negotiation and communication.

The successful individual will work closely with clients to understand their needs, leveraging strong relationship management abilities and negotiation techniques to drive business growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive client engagement and revenue growth
  • Maintaining and fostering relationships with clients to ensure best customer experience and prevent churn
  • Maximizing revenue per account through value-based selling and advising best solutions to key clients
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams to execute on clients' requests

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 6-9 years of proven success in client management in API/Payments/Card issuance
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt or build new SOPs to cater for changing product features deployment
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Dynamic personality with a strong winning and high-performance mindset
  • Self-motivated and a quick learner
