The primary purpose of the role is to serve as the liaison between the Bank and our customers, to establish a positive banking relationship with new and existing clients, and to serve their banking needs via our Bank’s products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Executes the overall success and growth of the assigned portfolio by deepening relationships with existing clients and through the acquisition of new customers. Develops and maintains clients’ trust and relationships while providing a holistic client experience.
- Responsible for achieving annual revenue and AUM growth targets within expense budget.
- Builds market share; able to enhance client asset size over time.
- Fully competent and compliant in advising clients on investment products and services.
- Actively involved in new business development; able to anticipate and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Performs periodic Account Planning reviews and call reports.
- Ensures KYC/AML and other bank compliance policies are strictly adhered to.
- Develops networks with other SPDB businesses and 3rd ecosystem partners.

**Knowledge & Experience Required**:

- Degree holder with 3 to 5 years of direct relevant Wealth Management experience, preferably in the China market.
- Completed professional qualifications: CMFAS & CACS preferred
- Experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and internal partners.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills.
- Strong understanding of inter-dependencies within the team and able to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Meticulous and good problem solving skills.
- Strong prospecting, sales, negotiation and influencing skills.
- **Must have **strong ability to communicate in **Mandarin **, due to job requirement, and writing Chinese reports.
- A fast learner who is able to work independently and as a team as a supporting role.
- Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, organized, responsible, meticulous and able to multi-task.
