Job Description:

  • Grow the business through proactive acquisition and retention of HNW/ UHNW clients;
  • Build and develop a deep understanding of clients' investment needs;
  • Provide sound financial advice to clients working in partnership with different internal teams;
  • Be a strong advisor to the clients in their wealth planning and work to continually strengthen the client relationships
  • Ensure compliance to the bank's and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years' banking experience in private bank or wealth management sector.
  • Carry out analysis to identify opportunities for expanding customer base and improving sales.
  • Have mutual understanding of client centricity.
  • Proven good track record in IWM business.
  • Sound knowledge of private banking products, wealth Inheritance, tax & legal consultation, global real estate etc.
  • Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong client centricity
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate widely with various internal stakeholders to drive client acquisition and retention
