Main Responsibilities:
  • Database Management: Update customer databases with accurate information, including delivery addresses, salesman codes, and email IDs.
  • Enquiry Handling: Respond to customer queries, clarify issues, and direct problems towards solutions.
  • Quotations: Collaborate with field sales to determine the best solutions for customers, including contacting suppliers, calculating prices, and creating new products.
  • Order Management: Manage orders from creation to invoicing, including external and internal orders, credits, and invoices.
  • Order Monitoring: Proactively reduce and prevent customer order delays using supporting systems like Power BI.
  • Claim Handling: Register claims in the Seco Application (Comflow) based on customer or sales engineer information.
  • Returns: Prepare relevant documents and process returns in the ERP system according to the global Return Policy.
  • Local Warehousing: Stock-in products in the ERP system, pick and pack orders, and arrange dispatch to customers.
  • Procurement: Send enquiries, receive quotations, negotiate with suppliers, release purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery.
  • CRM: Manage CRM tasks and cases with accuracy and within the SLA.
  • Actively work to increase e-commerce business.
  • Manage and develop existing business in line with customer segmentation, rules, and procedures.
  • Provide timely responses to bring about great customer experience.

Requirements:
  • English is mandatory, and Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
  • Diploma or university degree or relevant experience in customer service.
  • Strong social skills and ability to serve as a motivational source for colleagues.
  • Natural proactive thinking to drive improvements efficiently within the area.
  • Ability to be a "voice to listen to" and bring trust and reason in daily contact with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Exceptional service mentality to create a world-class customer experience.
  • Customer Centricity and Team Player skills.
  • Innovative out-of-the-box thinking to create insights for continuous improvement.
