The Spa Concierge is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service by managing the reception, retail, and relaxation areas of the spa. Key duties include booking treatments, assisting guests, maintaining inventory, handling inquiries, and supporting smooth spa operations.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Guest Service: To ensure a high standard of service is maintained throughout the spa, assist guests with their queries, and provide a warm friendly welcome to all guests at all times.
  • Front Desk Operations: Assist in the operations of the front desk, including managing reception, retail, and relaxation areas.
  • Treatment Booking: Book treatments and manage treatment schedules to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the spa reception, report dysfunctional equipment to the Spa Operations Supervisor, and perform opening and closing duties.
  • Communication: Communicate all messages promptly to the Manager-On-Duty and keep the Manager informed about any complaints or issues.

You must also have a thorough understanding of spa operations, treatments, and products, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
