Front Office Leader

At our hotel, we are seeking a skilled Front Office Executive to lead our front office team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front office operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and providing top-notch service to our guests.
  • He/she will also supervise and motivate the front office team members to achieve high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver memorable experiences to our guests by providing personalized services, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding their expectations.
  • Manage and coordinate front office operations, including check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and key distributions.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the front office team members to achieve excellent service standards and meet performance targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and provide coaching to enhance the skills and knowledge of front office team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a hospitality environment.
  • Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Opera system and Microsoft Office.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in revenue management and customer relationship management.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices.
  • Understanding of financial markets and economic trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Advertising.
  • Ability to speak and understand English fluently.
