Hotel Front Office Manager Role
This key position oversees the smooth operation of front office functions, including reception, concierge, and communications.
Key responsibilities include serving as the main contact for guest issues or hotel emergencies in the absence of senior management. Additionally, the role involves handling all guest complaints and feedback, ensuring that their requests are met to their satisfaction.
- Ensure the efficient operation of front office functions, adhering to established standards and procedures.
- Lead by example, fostering a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
- Attend daily internal operations meetings and participate in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with at least 2 years of hospitality experience. A diploma in hotel management or tourism studies is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications. Basic knowledge of F&B service operations is also beneficial.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills to effectively manage the front office team.
- Able to work on weekends/public holidays and 3 rotating shifts.
