
Front Office Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel's management, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a team of Front Desk staff to achieve optimum operating results.
2. Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.
3. Effectively manage the Front Office and Reservations Systems to ensure seamless operations.
4. Establish and maintain good public relations with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
5. Design and develop training programs for new Front Desk staff to equip them with necessary skills and knowledge.
6. Monitor and address any issues that arise at the Front Desk in a timely manner.
7. Perform other duties assigned by Management to support the overall success of the hotel.
Requirements
1. Minimum of 3 years in a similar position or equivalent role within the hospitality industry.
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
4. Proven ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and resolve issues efficiently.
5. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
6. Willingness to work a shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
