We are seeking an experienced Front Office Operations Supervisor to lead our front desk team in delivering exceptional guest service.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. They will also ensure smooth coordination between front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams.
- Supervise daily front desk operations, including managing staff and workflow.
- Maintain accurate occupancy, revenue, and performance reports.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any service gaps or complaints promptly.
- Operational Management: Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate front office staff.
- Guest Relations: Maintain strong relationships with guests, handling VIPs and special requests.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of front office experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Fluent in English; additional languages preferred.
- Knowledge of local tourism, transportation, and attractions.
