Job Title:
Front Office Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the front office operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Train and supervise a team of front office professionals to maintain high service standards.
- Address guest concerns and special requests to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Develop efficient staff duty schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
- Coordinate communication between departments (e.g., Housekeeping, Maintenance).
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency in check-in and check-out procedures.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage room inventory and implement strategic revenue management initiatives.
- Provide regular performance reports and analyses to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
- A minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Benefits:
