
Front Office Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing leadership and guidance to the Front Office team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Front Desk.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm hospitality to guests by delivering consistent quality service at all times.
- Lead and motivate the Front Office team to achieve high standards of service excellence.
- Ensure procedures are followed for security of monies, credit, and financial transactions, and guest security.
- Maximize room occupancy at best rates and upsell hotel facilities to drive revenue and profitability.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or other relevant qualification.
- Minimum 2 years' related experience in a full-service hotel.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to interact with guests, employees, and third parties.
- Commitment to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
