This is a senior leadership role that oversees the implementation of change management strategies across the front office operations. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders to drive business outcomes, manage change initiatives, and ensure seamless operational disruptions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for change management in the front office, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support business integration and transformation initiatives.
- Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness activities to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
