We are seeking a seasoned Front Office professional to lead our team and drive exceptional guest experiences.
- The ideal candidate will oversee the smooth operation of the front desk, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, accurate room assignments, and efficient resolution of guest inquiries.
- Collaboration with Operations Managers is crucial to maintain brand standards and enhance hotel operations.
- This leader will guide team members to deliver outstanding service, address guest concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
- Additionally, this role involves working closely with other business units to meet guest expectations and contribute to the hotel's overall success.
Requirements
- A Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management is required.
- Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience as a team leader in Front Office / Guest Relations within a hotel environment, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
- This role demands excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to perform independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates should also be proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Flexible working arrangements, including weekends and public holidays, are necessary for this position.
