Job Description:As a Front Office Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the smooth functioning of our front office operations. This includes:
- Developing and implementing operational plans to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
- Monitoring room inventory levels and reconciling discrepancies to prevent overcharging or undercharging guests
- Collaborating with various departments to identify and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely manner
- Managing front desk staff, including recruiting, training, and evaluating performance to meet departmental goals
- Analyzing guest satisfaction levels and feedback to make data-driven decisions to improve service quality and relationship management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in front office operations or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
