Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented professional to assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our front desk area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing front office staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new employee orientation and training programs
  • Evaluate and refine front desk operations, policies, and procedures
  • Develop and implement contingency plans for emergency situations
  • Resolve outstanding issues in a timely manner
  • Address complaints or incidents occurring in the hotel
  • Conduct daily front office briefings
  • Supervise front desk assistants and ensure tasks are performed and completed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of front office experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A service-focused personality is essential
  • Prior working experience with Opera or related systems
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
