Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented professional to assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our front desk area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing front office staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new employee orientation and training programs
- Evaluate and refine front desk operations, policies, and procedures
- Develop and implement contingency plans for emergency situations
- Resolve outstanding issues in a timely manner
- Address complaints or incidents occurring in the hotel
- Conduct daily front office briefings
- Supervise front desk assistants and ensure tasks are performed and completed
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of front office experience
- Excellent communication skills
- A service-focused personality is essential
- Prior working experience with Opera or related systems
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
