Job Title: Front Office Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Operations Managers to maintain the smooth operation of the Front Office
• Handle day-to-day front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest service
• Coach and guide team members to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction
• Work closely with other business units to meet and exceed guest expectations

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management
• At least 5 years' experience as a team leader in Front Office/Guest Relations within a hotel environment, preferably in a 5-star setting
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform independently and as part of a dynamic team
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
