
Front Office Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for assisting the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless guest experiences. Your primary objective is to deliver exceptional service while maintaining a high level of efficiency in our busy front office environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Front Office Manager in supervising front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and guest services.
- In the absence of the Front Office Manager, act as Officer-in-Charge, taking charge of all front office activities and ensuring continuity of services.
- Respond promptly to guest complaints and issues, using your excellent communication skills to resolve problems efficiently.
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Chinese languages
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
