Job Title: Front Office Team Lead

The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, ensuring exceptional guest service and high-quality performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Front Office personnel to guarantee efficient guest service and prompt issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with Operations departments to maintain seamless front office functions and implement effective strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Lead a team in responding to guest complaints and special requests, upholding departmental standards and policies.
  • Update incident reports for critical incidents, highlighting key learnings and recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a full-service hotel environment, with a proven track record of successful leadership and team management.
  • Commitment to working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, employees, and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
