Spectrum Audio Visual Pte Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our team. As an Administrative Executive, you will provide administrative support to our Project Sales Team and Services Sales Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Administration Support
• Provide administrative support to the Project Sales Team, including handling incoming sales calls, emails, and leads administration.
• Source new leads from tender portals and create, compile, and submit tender documents.
• Assist in preparing quotations and proposals.
2. Marketing Support
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Team, focusing on sales-related activities.
• Assist in developing marketing materials and supporting marketing projects and events.
3. Other Roles
• Support the Head of Operations and Managing Director in all administrative matters.
• Act as a buddy to the Administration Executive and assist with matching supplier invoices with necessary documents.
Job Specifications:
Education Qualification:
• Minimum Diploma in any discipline or A Level.
Experience:
• Fresh Graduate or minimum 1 year of working experience or maximum 3 years of working experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Teams.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to start work immediately.
