Job Summary

The Key Accounts Growth Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving business expansion through strategic partnerships and market penetration.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role involves:
  • Identifying high-growth opportunities, building relationships with key suppliers, and developing innovative strategies to seize market share.
  • Conducting market research, networking, and exploring new partnership opportunities to drive commercial growth.
  • Implementing value-added solutions to improve business processes and enhance revenue streams.
Essential Qualifications:

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related industry, preferably with regional exposure.
  • Proficiency in managing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to adapt to regional training and minimal travel requirements.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking associates.
