- Process Improvement: Continuously refine sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
- Negotiation and Pricing: Negotiate sales contracts and develop pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Education: Minimum Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Sales experience in the lift/elevator industry is highly desirable.
