Customer Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across all aspects of our hospitality services.
This role involves performing check-in and check-out for hotel guests in a professional and efficient manner, as well as maintaining effective communication within the Front Office department and other departments. The ideal candidate will possess a warm and pleasant personality, with good knowledge of local city streets, restaurants, and major attractions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform check-in and check-out for hotel guests in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain effective communication within the Front Office department and other departments
- Be responsible for the maintenance of guest recognition programs and accurate guest recognition reports
- Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays
