Roles & Responsibilities

The Customer Experience Specialist (CES) acts as primary support for Zgonic partner and our customers. The CES is responsible for providing timely and accurate support for our Zgonic clients through quote creation, order entry, product return, warranty claim processing, pricing, as well as some miscellaneous tasks. Their top function is to provide an amazing customer experience. The CES is expected to take ownership of their role and provide feedback to their leadership on areas of improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare quote documents and pricing for sales rep(s)

Coordinate delivery of sample furniture to Architects and Designers

Liaise with clients on behalf of sales reps: quotes, samples and meeting requests

Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer's issues and questions

Help sales reps to coordinate logistics for large projects

Oversee onsite installation as needed

Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently with departmental resources, policies and procedures

Skills & Qualifications

Organized, systematic multi-tasker; keen attention to detail; strong sense of urgency

Outstanding customer service skills; prior experience in like role a plus

Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation; excellent relationship building

Solution-focused problem solver; technical background a plus

Stellar written and verbal communication

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT Knowledge and use of CAD software and Salesforce is a plus

Language: English / Chines proficiency
