We are seeking a skilled Policy Specialist to join our team, focusing on developing and launching policies, processes, and workflow improvement programs that enhance the TikTok user and creator experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-centric policies and workflow guidelines, developing Standard Operations Processes (SOPs) that improve user and creator platform experience, and driving transformational projects and programs focusing on knowledge management and operational improvements.
As a key member of our global team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to advocate for customers in critical product and operations forums, drive transformational change, and partner with senior leaders to build industry-leading customer support capability.
