Customer Experience Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Account Lead based in Singapore to manage local customer relationships through implementation to operational stand-up. This role will ensure customer satisfaction through relationship building, KPI management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support current business in APAC and ensure operations are delivered consistent with KPIs
- Act as a SME to support customer engagements and demonstrations
- Support customer implementations from customer engagement and requirement definition to steady state operations
- Collaborate with digital and data teams to develop new products and capabilities
Requirements:
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to understand different perspectives
- Ability to lead and develop teams to support customer objectives
- Strong project management capabilities with experience managing complex cross-organizational projects
- Knowledge of global transportation and experience managing shipments with Dangerous Goods classification
- Ability to demo/showcase software platforms and engage with customers on key priorities
