Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the CRM system (Salesforce) for customer data and feedback management.
- Monitor and respond to customer complaints and feedback across multiple channels.
- Ensure cases are resolved and closed promptly, liaising with relevant departments (Sales, Service, Legal, etc.).
- Work closely with stakeholders to address low survey scores and identify areas for improvement.
- Compile and analyze customer feedback trends, providing actionable insights to improve service delivery.
- Support the execution of CRM programs, loyalty initiatives, and ownership benefits.
- Assist with marketing and event administration related to customer experience.
