Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the CRM system (Salesforce) for customer data and feedback management.
  • Monitor and respond to customer complaints and feedback across multiple channels.
  • Ensure cases are resolved and closed promptly, liaising with relevant departments (Sales, Service, Legal, etc.).
  • Work closely with stakeholders to address low survey scores and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compile and analyze customer feedback trends, providing actionable insights to improve service delivery.
  • Support the execution of CRM programs, loyalty initiatives, and ownership benefits.
  • Assist with marketing and event administration related to customer experience.
