In this role, you will attend to and support customer accounts' queries, working with external parties and internal teams to ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
You will monitor and evaluate customer service interactions to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and report back to the Reporting Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers' inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate customer service interactions to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and report back to the Reporting Manager.
- Work closely with sales and other internal stakeholders, including the Shared Service Team, local ops, t/s, documentation, and HQ – Cargo Flow team, Dangerous Goods desk.
- Update weekly forecasts accurately.
