- Maintain strict integrity and confidentiality standards, safeguarding customer information at all times.
What you’ll Need to Succeed:
- Degree/Diploma in relevant majors.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English to assist English-speaking customers and fluency in Mandarin to coordinate with stakeholders from different regions.
- Analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform well in challenging situations and effectively manage stress.
- Prefer with customer support experience in mobile application product or other software product.
