  • Measuring customer satisfaction levels in assigned accounts
  • Assisting immediate manager in daily functions by coordinating with operation departments
  • Preparing shipping documents and working closely with internal/Third Party Forwarder
  • Performing housekeeping of sample books and library

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing or customer service. Strong communication and email writing skills are essential, and proficiency in MS Excel is preferred.
