Job OverviewThis role involves managing and maintaining relationships with assigned clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and service requirements.
You will coordinate service operations, including contract renewals, quotations, and troubleshooting service-related issues. This requires strong coordination and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle service-related issues proactively.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service or account management, preferably in a service-based industry. They should be comfortable with site visits and working closely with technicians and operations teams.
