Payroll and Accounts Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team as a Payroll and Accounts Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various financial tasks, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Responsibilities:
• Record daily, monthly, and yearly accounting journal entries
• Manage bank collections and payments
• Handle payroll and CPF registration
• Prepare monthly reports for Head Quarter in Japan
• Arrange expense claims
• Prepare quarterly reporting package in Stravis system for Head Quarter in Japan
• Prepare GST filing
• Manage invoicing of management fees to subsidiaries
• Coordinate and confirm employee income tax with external consultants
• Prepare Corporate Tax filings with external consultants
• Prepare full set of financial statements
• Liaise with external auditors (Deloitte) during the annual audit
Requirements:
At least 3 years of accounting experience
Experience communicating with external auditors
Proficiency in preparing full sets of financial statements, calculating salary pay slips and CPF, and declaring GST and corporate income tax
