Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Part-Time Payroll and Accounting Administrator to support our company secretary firm in handling payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in payroll management, accounting, and corporate compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Compute salaries, bonuses, CPF contributions, and tax deductions.
  • Generate payslips and ensure timely salary disbursements.
  • Handle payroll-related queries from clients and employees.

Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Record and classify transactions in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks).
  • Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Assist in GST filing and ensure compliance with IRAS regulations.
Working Hours & Benefits:
