Payroll Officer

Job Description
•Process bi-weekly payroll with additions and deductions while processing other handle payroll-related matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
•Upkeep and maintain all relevant HR files, employee records, upload certificates to the system accordingly in a timely manner.
•Address payroll-related queries and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
•Prepare payroll reports required for internal use and/or submission to relevant authorities
•Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of training courses, update and maintain training record etc;
•Provide support in all administrative duties;
•Perform any other and ad hoc work duties as assigned from time to time.
•Maintain and update relevant HR files, employee records, and systems in a timely manner.
•Driven, meticulous and able to multi-task and work independently
Location : Balestier Plaza
Monday to Friday : 9.00 am to 6.00pm
Saturday : 9.00am to 1.00pm (Maximum 10 Saturdays in a year)
