About the Role

Vela Space Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled HR & Admin Executive to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for various HR and administrative tasks, including on-boarding and off-boarding programs, payroll management, and supporting office administrative matters.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing on-boarding and off-boarding programs
  2. Managing payroll and ensuring accuracy in commission calculations
  3. Updating employees' personal files and maintaining confidentiality
  4. Supporting office administrative matters and providing general assistance
  5. Preparing and submitting government-paid claims and tax clearances
  6. Managing payroll processing and preparing reports
  7. Performing ad-hoc duties as required
