Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Officer - Singapore to join our growing team of multidisciplinary specialists. In this role, you'll work closely with Product, Treasury, and Security teams to develop world-class capital market products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You'll be responsible for managing relationships with regulators, coordinating internal and external reporting, and developing policies and procedures that align with our compliance strategy.


Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective compliance frameworks, policies, and governance documentation.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with regulators as the primary point of contact for regulatory matters.
  • Collaborate with global Product and Operational teams to drive risk-based processes and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Adapt your focus on different compliance issues depending on growth plans and compliance needs.
