What You'll Be Doing

  • Prepare commission spreadsheets and manage financial records.
  • Perform data entry, invoicing, and filing of accounting documents.
  • Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including payroll processing.
  • Enter accounting transactions into the MYOB accounting system.
  • Assist in preparing quarterly GST reports.
  • Generate weekly and monthly financial reports.
  • Provide administrative support, including business submissions to providers.
  • Manage general administrative tasks, including courier arrangements and coordinating with outsourced IT and printer services to resolve any issues, along with other ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • GCE 'O' Level qualification with basic accounting knowledge or 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • A willing-to-learn and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and be resourceful in problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management, computer & computer skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Experience with MYOB Accounting is an advantage.
