Office Operating Hours:

Mondays to Fridays - 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Description:


• Ensure timely billings and generating of invoices.


• Updating of details to accounting system accordingly.


• Liaise with clients and colleagues in billing matters.


• Issuing statement of accounts and reminder letters to clients.


• Assist in month end closing and preparation of journals entries.


• Assist in relevant reporting duties and other Ad-hoc duties.


• Responsible for preparation and dispatch of invoices fillings and housekeeping of documents.
