Key Responsibilities:
  1. Performance Enhancement and Feedback:
  • Evaluate front desk team performance in service delivery, communication, sales proficiency, customer experience, and professional conduct.
  • Implement a 360-degree feedback loop with stakeholders to enhance team performance.
Enhance Centre Experience:
  • Oversee logistical operations for a seamless working environment, comparable to a 5-star hotel.
  • Maintain cleanliness, upkeep, and experiential quality.
Sales and Growth:
  • Achieve monthly lead generation, sales/enrolments, and lead-conversion targets.
  • Cultivate team members through effective on-the-ground mentoring.
Workplace Culture and Etiquette:
  • Promote a positive work environment aligned with company values.
  • Organize staff welfare events to achieve a target employee satisfaction index score.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Ensure customer retention by promoting problem-solving skills and high service standards.
  • Drive the team to find optimal solutions aligning with customer needs and company objectives.
Communication and Transparency:
  • Ensure consistent communications with the company's core values across all channels.
  • Proactively communicate issues or concerns to the management team.
Aureus Curriculum System:
  • Guarantee full adoption and attainment of set goals for the Enigma system.
  • Ensure compliance with all directives.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Track and report team evaluations, development, and improvement plans.
Hiring Criteria:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the related field and at least 1 year in a team-leader position.
  • Availability to work on both weekends with two weekdays off days.
  • A strategic mindset and ability to think critically in various sales situations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and leadership.
  • Goal-driven individuals able to focus and prioritize tasks driving centre growth.
  • A strong commitment to compliance and ethical business practices.
