Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at OFFICE PRODUCTIVITY SOLUTION PTE. LTD.

About the Role:

This is a high-profile position that requires building and nurturing relationships with existing partners, industry leaders, trade associations, and key stakeholders. The successful candidate will develop and localize marketing strategies and materials to engage potential leads, collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions for market-specific needs, and oversee the sales process from initial contact to onboarding.

Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with existing partners, industry leaders, trade associations, and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and localize marketing strategies and materials to effectively engage potential leads.
  • Solution Tailoring: Collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions for market-specific needs, ensuring customer requirements are met.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the sales process from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure alignment between customer requirements and company solutions.
  • Influencer Engagement: Identify, reach, and engage key decision-makers and influencers through existing relationships, networking, personal connections, client references, and industry events.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B solution sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in consultative selling preferably in digital practice.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital marketing platforms.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
