We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Sales Growth Leader to join our team at ACT Panels Maker PTE. LTD.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and fostering relationships with commercial and industrial clients who require control panels and switch boxes for the management and distribution of electrical power to machinery.
Main Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to target commercial and industrial sectors, focusing on control panels and switch boxes.
- Identify new business opportunities and secure contracts with key decision-makers in manufacturing, industrial, and energy sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring that customer requirements and timelines are met.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients, showcasing the technical advantages of the control panels and switch boxes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any concerns or inquiries related to product specifications, order status, and technical issues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product selection and specifications to meet project needs.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with clients, balancing company profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Research market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings to identify new sales opportunities.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build relationships and promote the company's products.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns targeted to specific customer segments.
- Work closely with the manufacturing, engineering, and product development teams to ensure alignment on client specifications and product customization.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and forecasts to senior management.
- Mentor and guide junior sales staff, providing leadership and fostering a positive, results-driven team environment.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate sales orders, proposals, and quotations to clients.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation of projects.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to meet client delivery deadlines.
- Stay updated on the technical aspects and capabilities of the company's products, ensuring clear communication with customers.
- Provide training and guidance to internal sales teams on product features, advantages, and key selling points.
This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the manufacturing or industrial sector, ideally focused on electrical components, control panels, or similar products.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales and business growth in a B2B environment, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and the ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
