Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to become a part of our team as a Customer Service and Ticketing Officer at an extraordinary indoor play and drive academy. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing a warm welcome to visitors and sharing information about our offerings and safety protocols
  • Efficiently managing ticket sales and guest registrations
  • Processing transactions while delivering outstanding customer service
  • Addressing phone inquiries and general customer questions
  • Ensuring the counter area remains clean and organized
  • Collaborating with event coordinators to facilitate seamless guest check-ins
  • Overseeing inventory management and adherence to safety standards
  • Assisting customers with inquiries and supporting both staff and visitors

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, ideally within the Education, Media & Entertainment, or Children's Products sectors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and manage various stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in handling numerical data
