Job Responsibilities

Intern will be spending an average 1.5 - 2 months in each areas.

Ticketing Operations

Assist and provide support to Ticketing Operations Manager on liaising with internal stakeholders such as ArtScience Museum, Attractions, Finance and Marketing. Attend promptly to stakeholders’ requests with regards to tickets inventory and ensure that requirements are being catered for. Generate daily and monthly sales report and perform basic data analysis (Microsoft Excel)

Client Services

Responsible for data integrity by maintaining up to date records of event sales on a weekly basis. Fulfil promoter's request to create promotion and monitor take up rate. Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, communication and ecommerce to ensure accuracy of event information.

Box Office

Engage visitors in a positive and professional manner as crowd controller in various box offices. Assist in processing tickets for events and liaising with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure accuracy. Generate weekly and monthly sales report and perform basic data analysis for efficiency and manpower planning.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student. Internship should contribute to school graduation requirements
