KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Client Relations Specialist is tasked with cultivating a network and establishing a dedicated clientele. Engage in community events to foster new business opportunities; extend invitations to existing and potential clients for in-boutique gatherings and utilize social media for outreach. Oversee CRM initiatives – ensuring accurate client data capture, communication regarding new offerings and events, managing gifting campaigns, and reporting on client interactions. Assist with the setup of displays each morning and their breakdown in the evening, ensuring products are securely stored overnight. Deliver exceptional customer service – managing after-sales support and overseeing the repair process from initiation to completion. Guarantee customer satisfaction by adhering to all established policies and procedures regarding security, consignments, after-sales services, and valuation requests. The Client Relations Specialist is expected to share the heritage, quality standards, and collection details of Van Cleef & Arpels with clients while helping to maintain the boutique's aesthetic appeal.
