Position: Customer Service Ambassador
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients with a friendly demeanor as they arrive
- Act as a primary contact for visitors seeking assistance or information
- Assess client requirements and guide them to the appropriate team members
- Efficiently handle phone inquiries, scheduling, and communications
- Maintain accurate records of showroom activities and client interactions
- Assist in promotional activities and special events
- Ensure the showroom environment is tidy and inviting
- Resolve client concerns and provide effective solutions
- Undertake additional tasks as required
Qualifications:
- NITEC in Service Skills or a related discipline is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or concierge capacity
- Experience in the automotive sector is advantageous
