Key Responsibilities- Process billing accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely refunds for early withdrawals.
- Review customer outstanding records and implement effective debt recovery measures.
- Engage with residents on queries and requests, ensuring quality resolution within stipulated SLA requirements.
- Oversee the procurement process from start to finish, including preparing purchase requisitions and ensuring vendor payments are made promptly.
- Support the turnaround of rooms and collaborate with colleagues on various tasks.
- Update and maintain accurate records to fulfill administrative and financial requirements.
- Contribute to building a repository of best-practice templates for responding to common queries.
To be successful in this role, you should have a diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in finance/billing/procurement or customer service/relationship management. Experience in student hostels, staff housing, or hospitality services would be an advantage.
This is a unique opportunity to develop and grow your skills across various areas of customer relationship management and corporate functions within OCH.
