Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our residents. This role involves developing expertise in customer relationship management and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process billing accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely refunds for early withdrawals.
  • Review customer outstanding records and implement effective debt recovery measures.
  • Engage with residents on queries and requests, ensuring quality resolution within stipulated SLA requirements.
Corporate Support
  • Oversee the procurement process from start to finish, including preparing purchase requisitions and ensuring vendor payments are made promptly.
  • Support the turnaround of rooms and collaborate with colleagues on various tasks.
  • Update and maintain accurate records to fulfill administrative and financial requirements.
  • Contribute to building a repository of best-practice templates for responding to common queries.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in finance/billing/procurement or customer service/relationship management. Experience in student hostels, staff housing, or hospitality services would be an advantage.
