Responsibilities

· Manage important customer relationships

· Support company with public relations

· Lead branding initiatives and strategies

· Improve customer engagement and customer feedback

· Prepare various business proposals and handle confidential documents

· Coordinating board meetings logistics

· Participate in the operations of general administrative activities

· Handle business correspondence, minutes, reports, proposals, and confidential documents

· Facilitating and following up on external and internal business affairs

· Calendar management of CEO including Coordination of meetings with key investors, clients, media and stakeholders

· Manage media inquires and interview requests.

· Travel for business meetings in USA, Caribbean, Germany, Norway, Italy, France, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Indonesia and India.


Requirements

  • Degree or diploma holder
  • 2 years of working experience in customer service, customer relations, hospitality or travel industry
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Customer Relationship and Customer Service Skills
  • General knowledge of Public Relations
  • Broad understanding of branding and marketing strategies
  • Team Handling and Teamwork
  • Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to multi-task and perform duties with a high level of detail
  • Willing to travel for project and client meetings
  • Previous international travel experience will be a benefit
  • Singaporean / PR
