As an Employee Wellness Specialist at Lockton, you will be responsible for uplifting the company's brand awareness, especially in People Solutions in Singapore. This involves enhancing client retention by providing value-added propositions and developing a customized wellbeing solution that addresses the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Business Development and Client Management team to support the design of the corporate wellness program.
- Assist clients in planning and executing wellbeing activities, including health talks, webinars, workshops, or other ad-hoc campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to plan and execute various client events and marketing activities to uplift Lockton's brand.
- Develop content for marketing collateral in accordance with brand guidelines.
- SOURCE new vendors/partners and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including insurers, healthcare providers, third-party administrators, NGOs, or community partners.
Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in wellness program management or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to engage and motivate employees. Additionally, knowledge of health and wellness trends, nutrition, fitness, and mental health strategies is beneficial. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also important. A passion for promoting a healthy work environment and employee well-being is essential.
