Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations of the beauty wellness center, ensuring smooth service delivery and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
  • Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor a team of beauty professionals, including aestheticians, therapists, and front-of-house staff, fostering a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing environment.
  • Client Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service, handling client inquiries, appointments, and resolving any issues promptly. Ensure every client leaves feeling pampered, rejuvenated, and satisfied.
  • Service Excellence: Uphold the quality and consistency of beauty treatments, including facials, massages, waxing, and other services. Regularly evaluate treatment protocols and ensure they meet industry standards.
  • Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain loyal ones, including promotions, social media campaigns, and partnerships with beauty influencers.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the budget, track revenue and expenses, and implement cost-effective strategies to ensure profitability without compromising service quality.
  • Inventory & Supplier Management: Ensure that all beauty products and equipment are stocked and maintained, working closely with suppliers to procure the best products and materials.
  • Health & Safety Standards: Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and cleanliness protocols to ensure the well-being of both clients and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a wellness center, beauty spa, or similar beauty industry business.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty and wellness treatments, including skin care, massages, and beauty therapies.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills with experience leading a team in a high-touch, client-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of salon/spa software systems for booking, billing, and client management.
  • Ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for the beauty and wellness industry, and a commitment to staying updated with trends and innovations.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in beauty therapy, wellness management, or related fields (preferred but not required).
