Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Facial Outlet Manager at EIG Dermal Wellness (S) Pte. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Operations Management: Manage the daily sales, operations, and customer-related issues of the centre.
  • Treatment Promotion: Promote treatments, packages, and products to customers.
  • Daily Workflow Planning: Plan and navigate the daily workflow for centre staff, including monthly staff roster schedule planning.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold Company image and standard by providing excellent service and/or treatments to customers.
  • Room Setup and Merchandising: Check and ensure proper room/equipment setup and maintain good merchandising display.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven work experience as Centre Manager or similar role.
  • Good knowledge of beauty facial treatments and products (skin care).
  • Strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Able to work weekends and retail hours.
